Window & Gutter Cleaning Technicians
All Clean Property Services is looking for energetic, hardworking, and motivated individuals to work as window cleaning and gutter cleaning technicians. We are seeking candidates who:
- Have a great attitude and communication skills
- Pay attention to detail
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Enjoy working independently
- Are aware of safety requirements
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Can work at heights and climb ladders up to 30’
Successful experience in construction / maintenance industry is an added advantage. One year of related experience and/or training is also a plus.
Job Details- Cleaning of interior and exterior residential windows and screens
- Cleaning of interior and exterior commercial and retail windows
- Siding cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and leaf guard
- Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows
- Use typical extension poles or water-fed extension pole and water purification system.
- Be over the age of 18 years
- Desire to be trained and learn the appropriate skill to clean windows and gutters
